This Elegant Sake Martini – Cocktail Guide
To try something unique, try this elegant, martini-style cocktail. It is delicate, fragrant and easy to sip, and matches wonderfully with parmesan chunks.
Sake Martini
Serves 1
30ml gin – opt for a crisp gin variety
15ml Lillet Blanc – a floral and citrus aperitif
15ml sake – a light, medium-bodied one, ideally
Measure the gin, Lillet Blanc and sake into a shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and stir thoroughly for 30 seconds to cool. Pour into a frosty martini glass and enjoy.
